My practice focuses primarily on accounting and tax services for small businesses and their owners through tax and business compliance and planning, and consultation regarding tax and general business matters.  For companies that may not need a full-time CFO or controller, I can fill that role by consulting and assisting in a myriad of ways you may need on a part-time basis at a fraction of the cost.  I also assist small businesses with accounting and recordkeeping, compiled financial statements, and other areas necessary to successfully operate in today's complex business environment.  I am experienced in most all matters of accounting and taxation, IRS problem resolution, estates and trusts, business formation, real estate, and business acquistions and sales.  See the Services for details.
